Balita News is a reader-facing news website. You do not need an account to read it, and we do not ask you to create one. This policy explains, in plain terms, what limited information the site handles.

These server logs help us keep the site running, secure, and reliable. We do not ask you for your name, email, or other personal details to read the site.

We may, in the future, use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which stories are read. If and when we do, it will be to measure aggregate traffic, not to identify you individually.

Cookies

The site uses minimal local storage to remember your display preferences, such as light or dark theme. This stays in your browser and is not used to track you across other sites.

We use the limited information above only to operate, secure, and improve Balita News. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising profiling.
